再说说Education Level。大专Education Level在加拿大移民申Please中通常被认为竞争力不足,但在阿省企业家项目中,移民局更看重的是你的商业Manage经验和资产真实性。只要你能证明你有足够的资金实力(通常要求个人净资产至少30万加币,具体需根据Latest政策核实)和成功的商业背景,大专Education Level并不会成为绝对的拦路虎。这个案例中的申Please人正是凭借多年在自家企业的Manage经验,加上清晰的商业落地计划,成功通过了审核。

不过,低门槛不代表没要求。阿省对“实际参与Manage”的要求非常严格。移民局会实地走访你的Company,检查员工雇佣、税务Status以及日常运营细节。如果你只是挂个名,钱投进去就不管了,那大概率会被拒签甚至面临欺诈指控。所以,这个“低门槛”其实是给那些真正打算去加拿大做生意、并且有能力落地执行的人准备的,而不是给想“躺平”拿身份的人开的绿灯。
