**Work Region (15 pts max)** — Northern Ontario gets the highest score at 15 pts. Eastern/Central/Southwestern Ontario get 10 pts. GTA outside Toronto gets 5 pts. Toronto gets 0 pts.
**Occupation Skill Level (9 pts max)** — TEER 0 or 1: 9 pts. TEER 2 or 3: 6 pts. TEER 4 or 5: 0 pts.
**Compensation (15 pts max)** — >= $40/hr: 15 pts down to 24 months in same job: 18 pts. 13-24 months: 15 pts. 6-12 months: 12 pts.
**Income Tax History (8 pts max)** — >= $70,000 (past 5 years): 8 pts. $50,000-$69,999: 6 pts. $30,000-$49,999: 4 pts.
